Josh Herz trains and fights Muay Thai and films all of it. Born in San Francisco and based between Thailand and Indonesia, he has built a channel around fitness, Muay Thai and the travel-and-train lifestyle that now reaches millions of people a month, 90% of them men and most of them 25 to 34.
Before his own channel, Josh spent eight years agency-side on campaigns for NBC Television, Red Bull, Tilly's, Hurley, RVCA and Volcom. He runs Meta Ads Manager himself, so every reel is built to sell: a hook in the first second and a product moment where the data says it converts.
